Approval for Construction

Per the Deed Restrictions of the Sorrento Woods Homeowners Association, any new construction, exterior modification, alteration, change or addition must be submitted to the Building Committee of the SWHOA Board prior to start of construction. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure building approval is obtained prior to construction. Please note that contractors cannot submit applications on the homeowner’s behalf. A separate application is required for each item submitted. A $750.00 sidewalk deposit is required for new construction and additions.
